"Aah! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I feel like I have a body again, and it’s tall and alive! Like my lungs became deeper and can take in more air. So grateful! And the Sound Bath - so true what Andreas said - I could feel how the sound of the bowls were entering my cells. I never felt music, the sound like that. I hope I can experience it again soon. You guys are quite a team! So grateful to meet you in my life."
This offering contains 1 hour of Breathwork, a 45 minute Sound Journey, guided meditation and perhaps some light movement. It is a 2.5 hour ceremony we have developed and refined over the last 7 years, which originates from our own gratitude for the breath and for therapeutic sound and music. And which is still one of our favorite circles to facilitate.
The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal. It can, for example, help us lift our mood and thereby improve both our psychological and physiological state, by balancing our emotions and reducing stress. In a time where our lives are lived at a faster pace than ever before and where up to 95% of all illness stems from a stress reaction, these spaces feel more important than ever.
The breath can also create access to a changed state of consciousness, a state where we have the opportunity to connect to both the deepest parts of ourselves, as well as to the cosmic forces, regardless if you call them God, Source or your Higher Self. This is a state where we often receive deep guidance and clarity.
The breath therefore offers the opportunity to let go of control for a while - both in a physical and mental/emotional sense - so that we can let go of repressed feelings, explore what is moving within us at the moment, connect to both the inner and the external guidance and, not least, give us the opportunity for the deepest relaxation and nourishment for our bodies.
And since our bodies - at the most subtle level - simply consist of energy in vibration, it makes good sense that the vibrations from sound and music greatly affect our bodies.
Some of the energy we are made of is very dense, such as our bodies, and others are more ethereal, such as our emotions, the energy in motion. One of the great strengths of sound is that the sound vibrations work on the whole spectrum, from the physical to the ethereal, at the same time.
This happens, for example, by helping our brain waves out of the active Beta state and into the Alpha or Theta area where we experience a state of total relaxation, where healing and the regeneration of cells takes place and where the connection to the higher consciousness and our emotional life is very strong. Here, healthy endorphins are also released, such as serotonin and nitric oxide, which oxidise the cells, help metabolic processes and eliminate toxins from the cells.
We therefore work intensively with sound throughout this ceremony, before, during and after the Breathwork journey, and the vibrations will also continue to work in us after we have gone our separate ways. You can read more about the different benefits of Sound Healing further down below.
We look forward to seeing you.

Azad
“A heartfelt thank you for a truly amazing experience! I never experienced anything so intense in my body before. I meditate and do ice baths daily but what you created yesterday was truly amazing! Thank you so much for your work and the energy you embedded in the room. It was seen, heard and felt. I really want to participate the next time you offer this again.”
Benefits of Sound Healing
The sound waves that ripple out from the crystal and tibetan bowls draw your brain waves into theta and delta states, which are associated with the deepest relaxation. This is beneficial since more than 90 % of all diseases come from some kind of stress response.
In this deeply relaxed state, your body releases the hormones oxytocin (the “love” hormone) and serotonin (the happiness hormone) enhancing brain function and fighting off depression.
Nitric oxide is released in different parts of your body. This molecule is essential for overall health because it allows blood, nutrients and oxygen to travel to every part of your body effectively and efficiently.
Your thinking mind can take a much needed break, giving you the freedom to explore the magical space between asleep and awake.
In this space, you’re more likely to find answers to questions you’ve been searching for, creative ideas, clarity, an understanding of internal blockages, peace and a sense of coming home.
Overall the body is essentially tuned back to a state of balance and harmony.
If you combine the healing vibrations with your own unique intention, the scope of the work intensifies greatly.
