8. Farming Ruined The Breath
When the hunters and gatherers of our ancestors started farming their foods instead, something started to change rapidly in the human anatomy.
And when industrial scale farming really set in, it became obvious that it all came with a cost.
Like mentioned earlier, within a few generations – we became the worst breathers of the animal kingdom. We suddenly experienced problems with our teeth that we had never had before.
Our mouths became too small for our faces, and our tongues too big for our mouths.
All of it leading to the many breathing problems experienced by modern populations.
And why? Because we stopped chewing enough.
